After the floods in 2002, it was necessary to repair the damaged main roads in Stromovka Park. Hundreds of tons of mud and debris had to be excavated from the affected areas, and damaged trees removed. Given the need to use heavy machinery, the GLORIT technology was chosen. This technology allows for the processing of original asphalt surfaces on-site, without unnecessary material relocation. In the final version, the paths will be half-preserved with the current GLORIT layer and half-asphalted to allow for rollerblading.
