Land Reclamation

Forestry Work

In forest stands, we carry out the disposal of logging residues directly on clearings. For this, we use powerful forestry grinders that can handle not only brushwood and broken trunks but also stumps to ground level. These grinders can also be used for the removal of self-seeded trees without the need for felling.

Stump Grinder

A stump grinder, in combination with a powerful tractor, can remove even large stumps of hardwoods such as oaks, beeches, ashes, and others, to a depth of about 30 cm below the surrounding terrain level. After the stump removal, biomass is produced, which has various uses. We successfully use our stump grinder when establishing new rows for planting fruit trees in orchards.

Soil Preparation

Our soil tillers are widely used in land reclamation, where it is necessary to homogenize the soil, break up clods, remove vegetation residues, and, if needed, mix in fertilizer. The soil processed this way is loose, easy to work with, and essentially ready for immediate planting or seeding.

Mechanized Tree Branch Trimming

Using saws mounted on a hydraulic arm attached to a tractor, we perform tree branch trimming for branches that overhang fields and obstruct full cultivation. We also use the saws to maintain the accessibility of forest and field roads.

Brush Mulching

Mulching of brush with our equipment allows for the quick and efficient removal of above-ground plant parts, shrubs, and larger trees while minimizing disturbance to the soil cover. This helps prevent soil erosion on such exposed areas. With this technology, the shredded biomass - i.e., mulch - remains on the soil surface. The treated areas are free of unwanted stumps and vines, fully accessible by vehicles, and walkable. This method is successfully used in the maintenance of open spaces in protective zones around power lines, in landscaping, and in the preparation of construction projects.

Material Shredding

During road construction, we use a powerful mobile crusher that has a wide range of applications. This crusher is most commonly used for recycling the subbase layers of roads and highways and for recycling construction debris directly on-site. It has also been successfully used in the construction of ski slopes and golf courses.
Last but not least, it is used in agriculture, where it crushes stones in the soil profile to prevent damage to agricultural machinery and to improve soil properties.
